I’m Ria, a wedding videographer living in Bristol, UK. I make films that feel like memories, specialising in vintage and retro formats such as super 8 and miniDV camcorder.
I started making films as a teenager, messing around with a camcorder and somehow it turned into this, documenting real people, real moments, and everything in between. Every wedding is it’s own little world and I feel lucky to be let in!
I’m quiet by nature, but I think that’s what makes me good at what I do. I like to observe more than direct, capturing the little in between moments, and I think that shows in my work.
When I’m not filming weddings I work in kids TV, so my days are a mix of timelines, story beats, and a lot of tea.
